What is the turn around time for custom orders?
Turn around time depends on several different factors; how many items are being made, what items are being made, if custom parts have to be ordered, if there's handtooling, and how many current orders I have. Typically turn around time is 1-2 weeks. I will keep you updated throughout the process though.
What kind of leather is used?
We use high quality genuine leather for our products sourced out of Oklahoma. Same goes for hair-on hides.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping!

Due to the custom nature of our products, JK Custom Tack has a strict all sales are final policy. No refunds/returns/or exchanges will be permitted. It is strongly advised to double check your order options before placing it. Especially if names are involved. We appreciate your business!
